We only deliver product in India, This shipping policy is applicable only for the India.

Where All Do We Deliver?

We deliver to all and any postal address around India. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O.Box address, so we request you to provide a full street address with pin code/zip code. If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days, because of varying item availability and shipping locations. Often, products will be shipped separately from one another for added safety in transit, so you may receive more than one delivery to your address.

Order confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order.

NOTE: The currency applicable for this policy is INR.

Handling Time: 1 - 2 Days ( Mon - Fri )

Transit Time: 2 - 7 Days ( Mon - Fri )

Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT+05:30) Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order contains your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Order Delays

While we make every effort to ensure your order is delivered on time, please be aware that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or other external factors. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Secure Delivery Address

We recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example, your home or place of employment. Orthopedic Leather Shoes is not responsible for packages lost or stolen due to unsafe delivery addresses.

Address Change Requests

Once an order is registered, you cannot make any alterations. However, address alteration requests may be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order. 

Multiple Address Order

Currently, this option is not available. However, if you want to send the product to different addresses, you can place multiple orders.
